Pricing

At Historic Twenty Event Center, we offer a beautiful convenient location to host your next special occasion. From showers, anniversary, birthday and graduation celebrations, our venue is the perfect place to celebrate life's biggest moments. 

 

Outside vendors and self-catered? No problem. We welcome our clients to celebrate their occasion with their own personal choices for food and beverage or choose our All-Inclusive packages partnered with our accredited vendors.

Saturday Celebrations (only when available)

Saturday Daytime Event $750^ + SF 

​

     Enjoy a five hour indoor/outdoor* celebration walking into your venue with pre-set tables/chairs and every table surface dressed in linens of your choice. Event center to handle final cleanup after event* (Non-gala/non-staffed events only)

Saturday Evening Event Starting at $1400^ +SF ( Staffed event/non-wedding)

 

     Enjoy a six hour indoor/outdoor celebration walking into your venue with pre-set tables/chairs and every table surface dressed in house linens of your choice. Also included is venue coordination and (1) staff member. Event Center to handle final clean-up after event.* If serving alcohol preferred bartender must be used.

Sunday Celebrations 

Sunday Celebrations $600^ + SF (non-wedding/gala)

     Enjoy a five hour indoor celebration walking into your venue pre-set with table and chairs with every table surface dressed in house linens of your choice. Event center to handle final cleanup*

Special Occasions- What would cost extra?

Outside catering companies utilizing staff or food trucks will be subject to catering fee.​

 

Adding entertainment to your event. EX. DJs, bands or entertainment companies will change an event to gala pricing.​

 

Bar service- Our clients are welcome to serve alcohol beverages with an additional charge. Please contact venue for guidelines.

Larger events requiring additional set-up/cleanup or close to max capacity 100-130.

Equipment rental/house items. 

​

Service fee ranges from 10-22% depending on staff, services and type of event. 

​

All-Inclusive events that include food and beverage, staff and services. Please contact venue to hear about our amazing vendor options. ​
